An Arrakeen take on the famous Dutch curry mayo Joppiesaus, this versatile sauce is sure to please! Works well on burgers (beef, chicken, or veggie), sweet potato fries, sandwiches, and even on its own (if you are feeling gluttonous)! Utilize SPICEFIEND Curry Spice Melange for best results.

Ingredients

1. 2 tbsp mayonnaise

2. 1 tsp SPICEFIEND Curry Flavoured Spice Melange

3. 1 tsp finely diced onions (or shallots)

4. 1 tsp yellow mustard
