Infusing baked salmon with this flavorful spice melange results in a harmonious blend of garlic, lemon, and curry that is sure to please even the pickiest galactic emperor. Serve with your choice of side dishes.
Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp SPICEFIEND Curry Flavoured Spice Melange
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp Italian seasoning (we will be releasing a spice melange of this variety, don't worry)
1/2 tsp sea salt
instructionS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix chopped garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl.
Place salmon fillets on a baking pan, and spoon over salmon fillets with olive oil/lemon juice mixture. Make sure that the mixture covers the entire fillet.
Sprinkle salt, curry spice melange, and italian seasoning onto fillets. We like to apply the curry/italian seasoning in a 1 tbsp:1/2 tsp ratio.
Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes until salmon is fully cooked and flakes apart with a fork.
(Optional) Broil for 1-2 minutes to obtain a crispier glaze.
Garnish with thyme and/or parsley, and enjoy!
