Let the exquisite SPICEFIEND Curry Flavoured Spice Melange elevate your spatial/culinary awareness to take your culinary creations to new heights! Infusing baked salmon with this flavorful spice melange results in a harmonious blend of garlic, lemon, and curry that is sure to please even the pickiest galactic emperor. Serve with your choice of side dishes.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp SPICEFIEND Curry Flavoured Spice Melange

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (we will be releasing a spice melange of this variety, don't worry)

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


instructionS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Mix chopped garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl.

  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking pan, and spoon over salmon fillets with olive oil/lemon juice mixture. Make sure that the mixture covers the entire fillet.

  4. Sprinkle salt, curry spice melange, and italian seasoning onto fillets. We like to apply the curry/italian seasoning in a 1 tbsp:1/2 tsp ratio.

  5. Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes until salmon is fully cooked and flakes apart with a fork.

  6. (Optional) Broil for 1-2 minutes to obtain a crispier glaze.

  7. Garnish with thyme and/or parsley, and enjoy!
