At SPICEFIEND, we have felt the pain and suffering of many cooks having to scroll through pages of inane chatter/life stories (aka "content") and pictures in order to arrive at the recipe they desire. We are committed to providing a compassionate, scroll-free existence, so here is the recipe. Of course, please feel free to scroll through our BS Life Story if you wish to waste a small portion of your life:

Discover the endless possibilities of SPICEFIEND Curry Flavoured Spice Melange! Our family has always found novel uses for this amazing spice blend, and these oven-baked ribs have become a must-have for every family gathering. Use store-bought BBQ sauce, or make your own! This dish goes extremely well with curryflower as a side dish.
Ingredients
SPICEFIEND Curry Flavoured Spice Melange
Maple bacon seasoning
2 tbsp brown sugar
BBQ sauce (we like to use Sweet Baby Ray's or make our own)
1+ rack(s) of pork ribs
2 tbsp of water per rack
instructionS
Preheat oven to 325°F
Remove membrane from ribs
Place each individual rack of ribs in its own sheet of aluminum foil. Cover generously with Curry Spice Melange and maple bacon seasoning
Wrap each individual rack fully with foil, adding 2 tbsp of water in each rack to maintain moisture
Bake for 3 hours
In a separate bowl, combine BBQ sauce and brown sugar, stirring until consistent
Remove ribs from oven, uncover foil and glaze ribs with BBQ sauce mixture
Broil at high for 2 min, until BBQ sauce has caramelized (but not burnt)
Remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes, and enjoy!
