SPICEFIEND BBQ Curry Chicken Wings

One of the first things I have used the Curry Spice Melange for is chicken wings. I prefer to barbecue the wings as the low heat flame helps caramelize the spice, making it crispy without any need to fry. Colonel Sanders better watch out, these wings are fire!


These spice melange chicken wings have been a summer BBQ staple for years; I'm pretty sure this is the only reason why I have friends.


Ingredients

  • Chicken wings, thighs (bone-in, skin on), or drumsticks

  • SPICEFIEND Curry Flavoured Spice Melange


instructionS

  1. Preheat BBQ to medium-low

  2. Rub chicken wings with Curry Spice Melange generously

  3. Cook wings on BBQ at low for 5-10 minutes, after juice is dripping from the wings. Low heat helps caramelize the spice, giving the skin a crispiness

  4. Serve as is or toss wings in sweet chili sauce before serving
