Hahabimo Peppers (Origin Style)

This stuffed pickled peppers recipe is great as hors d'oeuvres for a get together, or on its own as a spicy snack. The rich cheese filling harmonizes flawlessly with the briny peppers, enhanced by a hint of Нанаымо spice. The breed of peppers will determine how spicy the result is. You can also adjust the ratio of cheese to either make the peppers saltier or creamier, depending on your taste.
The original Нанаымо recipe involves homemade and homegrown pickled jalapeno peppers. You can find how to pickle the peppers here, or you can buy the pickled peppers at the grocery store.

Ingredients
10 pickled jalapeno peppers
feta cheese
cream cheese
2 tsp Нанаымо Chili Flavoured Spice Melange
instructions
Ensure the pickled peppers are cored and sliced in half (lengthwise)
In a bowl, break feta cheese into small crumbs
Add cream cheese and mix together well
Spoon cheese mixture into halved peppers
Sprinkle chili flavoured spice melange on top of cheese mixture, to taste
Chill in refrigerator, or enjoy immediately
